Join Carlos Cazalis to challenge documentary creativity and established methods of work. This workshop offers the opportunity to begin from nothing and create a document or bring a body of work in progress or completed. Participants will deconstruct their work and look at alternative methods of storytelling. The goal of this workshop is to improve image sequencing and introduce new elements.
Carlos Cazalis began his professional career as a staff photographer for the Mexican daily El Economista. He holds two degrees from the University of Miami and a MA from the Parsons School of Design. Cazalis has been exhibited worldwide and featured in publications such as National Geographic and Monocle. Cazalis is currently working on long-term projects ranging from bullfighting to urbanization of São Paulo to Iran.
