Early 20th century aesthetic tradition was reshaped by the culture of technology and the urge to reinterpret the world and events of the day. Digital technology has instigated a similar metamorphosis today. In this exhibition, Glazer isolates familiar images and aesthetics from their original contexts. Through digital deconstruction and play of reductive compositional elements, he intensifies ambiguities and allusions in the images, selectively leaving elements behind to entice viewer engagement with the works.
