Instructor Rob Norton will share with participants the knowledge and the history of this antique process, as well as its contemporary uses.  This workshop will include: learning how to properly pour a wet-plate using collodion; print tintypes of personal images from positive transparencies using an enlarger; and students will compose and shoot unique portraits of each other utilizing a historical wet-plate camera.  At the end of the day, each student will take home his/her own personalized plate tintypes.
